The Buchanan's (Well, Almost)

This is my family. You may first notice that we are not all the same color. Don't worry, we are well aware. You may also realize that the caption suggests that we are not currently all Buchanan's. This is because our kid's adoption is still in the process of being finalized.

Allow me to explain the reasons for this blog. The first reason is to document our journey from the very beginning (well, from the moment Greg and I said "I Do!") Secondly, we always want to remember these moments. The third reason ties in with the second, but we want our kids to remember and reflect on their journey to us and us to them. And finally, we want to spread the word on how easy and rewarding the adoption process is. I promise to be truthful and not to sugarcoat anything. As you will realize, Greg and I are probably a lot like you. Anyways, I look forard to our family reflecting on this blog and I hope that the same goes to you.
